On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — consignment not delivered in 5 days and customer care numbers not picked up

My consignment no. [protected] made on 20/9/2018 thrusday to rohini delhi from ambala is not delivered yet after 5 days. Although its lying in pitampura from 21/09/2018.
Service is too poor. Customer care officials are also not picking the phone. O have tried many numbers for more than one time but no phone was picked. It raises a question on administration of the company. It can raise legal issues for the company. Immediate remedial action need to be taken
