I am at receiver end (Docket No. [protected]) and my packet has not yet arrived. The booking was done on 4th June. It contained urgent documents. The status shows on 6th June 2019, early morning it was at their Shakarpur facility. But long wait since then. My home is at hardly 15 min. of bike distance from there. Customer care is not picking phone. Most unprofessional courier service. DTDC or Overnite Express are even better... Was this information helpful? | |||

My Courier was delivered on 29.09.2020 from Prayagraj to Yamuna Vihar, Delhi having number [protected]. Today is 08.10.2020 and I am still waiting for it.
