On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — courier misplaced

Dear sir / mam

We send a courier thru ondot courier docket no. [protected] from kala amb (Himachal pradesh) to dehradun (Uttarakhand) on dated 07/03/2020.

But after many followups we are not able to track courier and courier value is almost 1 lakh inr, and our customer shouting on us and raising debit note on us.

We request you to kindly resolve this issue asap otherwise we are going to take legal action.

I received a call from courier boy to collect the courier item from a shop but that time I was not at home was not able to collect the item. After the request made and made the courier boy did not handedover the item to me.
The service of the courier agency is very wrost.
