My merchant sent a courier from delhi to greater noida, its been a week and till now no information of my courier. Nobody called me regarding courier. When i called customer care it took almost 30 mins continuously ringing mentioned phone no [protected],[protected] and [protected]. Time 11:39 am. Also the girl who picked the call disconnected after putting on hold with no reason. Very unprofessional behavior. If you guys can not understand the value of time and customer then shut down down your business and stop fooling others by wasting their valuable time. I will never ever recommend to use your services ever in my life and resist others for the same.
