On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — courier not delivered-very urgent

Dear team,

I have courier the parcel on 15-dec-18 from gurugram to mumbai but it has been not deliver yet and showing the same status online that "forward to mumbai (Maharashtra) - in transit" from the 15th dec'18.

I am wondering here and there but no one is responding on this.
I am discussing the issue with the gurugram team from the last 2 weeks from where i had send the parcel but they are giving me silly excuses on this.

Request you to look into the issue as it is very urgent otherwise i had to go to consumer forum or high escalation level because if you have taken any responsibility/task then its your duty to complete the task not mine to follow up day on day.
