On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — courier not received

My courier was booked on 26 Dec 2019 from shimla to Surat through ON DOT Courier service. today on 9 Jan 2020 still i have not received the courier. i called Surat office but not getting any proper answer. their response is highly irresponsible . also online status showing out for delivery since 6 Jan 2020 with remarks of wrong address/mobile no. given, which is completely wrong. the lady on the phone read my number when i called them and inquired about my courier . so how can number be wrong?
also they are saying that you come and collect your parcel from our office as we don't deliver at your location.

Sir mere documents the Jo ondot courier service se ane the pr vo abhi Tak nhi aye mere pass pr jab m push ta Hun k mere documents kidr hai vo bolta hai k delivery KR diye pr mere pass tu aye nhi plz mujhe btao vo documents kider hai mene pehle kartapur wale courier service se pusha vo bola k address find nhi hoya tha tu men vapis KR diye
