On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — courier not received | |||
My courier was booked on 26 Dec 2019 from shimla to Surat through ON DOT Courier service. today on 9 Jan 2020 still i have not received the courier. i called Surat office but not getting any proper answer. their response is highly irresponsible . also online status showing out for delivery since 6 Jan 2020 with remarks of wrong address/mobile no. given, which is completely wrong. the lady on the phone read my number when i called them and inquired about my courier . so how can number be wrong? also they are saying that you come and collect your parcel from our office as we don't deliver at your location.
