My consignment number is [protected], my would be husband has sent it on13.05.2019 from nanded (Maharashtra) to chinsurah (West bengal), but it has not been reached its destination yet. It's very urgent to get the parcel because it contains some very important documents related to our registration marriage. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible, its very urgent.

Material received in your hand 23 May 2019 but not given to Party i don't no but the issue . Its very urgent material and stop some urgent work without this material/Courier. I have given complaint in court about your services.
