On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — did not receive parcel in over 30 days, customer care was rude and unprofessional | |||||
Issue for tracking id : [protected] originally sent from bhuntar (Kullu) to mumbai. I have been waiting for my courier for 30 days now. The reason listed is "door locked", but in reality i never received any call from delivery person. I just want them to send this parcel to any mumbai office of theirs, and i would personally collect this item for there. But the whole support is very unorganized and are denying any support. I want to highlight name of mr. Satyendra, who has been rude and purposefully denying helping me out. Customer care is not even receiving call from my number. On top of it, there customer care email id listed on website is wrong. And getting in touch with them is tedious task. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have given a courier for delivery on 19/12/2017 through tracking number[protected] but not delivered till 25/12/2017 within delhi. Please resolve the problem as these are important documents. Otherwise we will have to raise the complaint with consumer forum
