On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — fake report and delay consignment

A consignment was to delivered to me. It was book dated on 21/11/2018.
And delivered at hathras branch dated on 24/11/2018. And report was updated on portal same day without delivered to costumer.

But actually it was not delivered to me still dated on 29/11/2018 in evening.
I talked at on dot branch then it was delivered to me 29/11/2018 at night.

I want to say your service is too poor and reporting fake on portal.

What should be done in this case please verify at branch level with customer signed receiving paper for this activity otherwise i will be compelled to take necessary legal action (Court and consumer forum) against the company.

How can it is possible with delivery report can be updated.
