31st oct from delhi dispatched my parcel. And i track from 12 days not update still. And not recived. Hold it at haidrabad. Why hold it. And before 3 days i continuselly called many branch man. But not any solution i get. Very poor service. One man give another man no. And i called to tgat he give me another. What can i do
Please want my parcel immidetally now.
