On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — I'm complaining about the non delivery of consignment

This is to inform you that my company booked the consignment from Delhi on 10/7/19 from your on dot courier
Docket no [protected] so my complaint is that still till date 18/7/19 I didn't recieved when I call for this issue on the no[protected] and [protected] at your office in Agra the lady picked the phone n talked in a very rude manner and said that" jab hamari marzi hogi tab delivery dengey "
So kindly look into this matter as the consignment have medicine for the doctor for a patient

Its very poor service i cant get my courrier and your couuier Executive not answering the phone its very poor service and i dont get my courrier right now its urgent couuier but ur courrier service its poor i really unhappy from your couuier service please do something about my courrier earlier
