Hello,
I sent a parcel (Rakhi) to guwahati from jaipur on 08-Aug-2019 9:23 PM Consignment No: [protected]
last updated detail is of 09-Aug-2019 12:55 PM stating that parcel is Out To: GUWAHATI-[protected]/[protected]. I tried to contact the numbers provided there
JAIPUR(RAJASTHAN[protected] /[protected]
JAGATPURA-JPR- [protected]
RANGPURI HUB (DELHI) - [protected]/[protected]
GUWAHATI-[protected]/[protected]
Either half of the numbers are not working or if its working it does not belong to On dot. Above all the customer care number provided on their website [protected] does not get picked at all.Worst customer service ever
