Dear on dot - my parcel having no.- [protected] of shri bala ji trophies
Kaithal (Haryana)-136027 have booked on dated: 30 jan. 2019 from karnal
And reached at kaithal on 31 jan. 2018 at your office but the dealer of kaithal not deliever this parcel till 01 feb. 2019. When i call him that plz deliever my parcel. Then he answered that i have no time and no workers to deliever your
Parcel. So collect it on your own.. And then he said that you should not booked parcels on on dot. Then why you running a courier comapny. Answer me

Please resolve this issue aa it is containing study materials and my exams are very close.
