On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Neither received the shipment... Nor got any communication

My shipment tracking id is[protected].
It was shipped from dehradun on 13th august. After almost 10 days, i am yet to receive any communication from ondot.in their portal when i tried to track the shipment, its showing -
Date: 16/8/2016, 15:44 service location: kolkata (West bengal) shipment status: received from airport hub (Delhi[protected]/[protected]

There is no one to receive the calls when i called at the mentioned phone numbers.
After several attempts when i have reached them on their kolkata customer care no :[protected], one lady with a rude tone informed me that they are not able to deliver it, and sending it back to delhi.
