Dear sir, A consignment package (Consignment no. [protected]) was booked for me on 22 may 2019 at 19:40 h from delhi through 'on dot courier services' which was received at their dehradun hub on 23 may 2019 at 13:13h. But the courier package has not been delivered to me yet even after contacting their persons many time on this number [protected] and [protected] which has lead to undue delay in progressing of my bulk order for an event.
