A courier vide no.[protected] was booked from ghaziabad for dehradun on 5th of aug. 2016 but the same has not been delivered till 11th of aug. On checking with site two mobile no. Are shown one of which does not exist and other number most of the times remain busy. After trying for about one hour on the other number the response was that the same has been sent from there side to franchisee. Who is responsible for delivery by franchisee. Is it the responsibility of customer to keep on calling the various phone number to ensure delivery. Same situation had happended earlier also when the courier was delivered after talking to franchisee after about 10 days. This is negligence on the part of the courier company as they have to ensure the delivery.
