I booked a document vide docket number[protected] on 08 may 17 at 0930 h in morning for pune. I was assured delivery in 48 h. As per tracking details item is lying in pune since 11 may 17 but no delivery has been attempted till date 15 may 17. When indore office ([protected]) was contacted they passed the buck to pune office with a mobile number ([protected]) provided which no-one answers. Delhi numbers are not responsive. Numbers of pune office listed on website are incorrect.
