On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — non delivery of my parcels even after 10 days

My awb no [protected] sent to hyderabad nd ab no [protected] to raipur.
Both of these parcels dispatched before 10 days but not delivered till date nd now they are saying to pick that from there office because the address area is far off.
Why had i booked if i have to pick that from their office.
Such ridiculous behaviour nd they have orders from their management not to pick phone calls from the clients. And not their traking is updated properly..
I need help.
