Dear mr amit madan, Director Don't know if this would reach to you or not. Pl refer subject matter. We are trying to get status of above mentioned consignment & surprisingly there is no response on numbers mentioned in your webs sites - [protected] & [protected]. even mr amit sharma also not responding on number [protected]. as a matter of fact we are struggling like any thing just to get status. Has also spoken with mr sashikant regarding said consignment since last 2 days & every time he is asking to give some more time. now we are in fear that if really your people possess our consignment or not. your guwahati people are unable to give any clarity regarding Just to recap, said consignment was booked by croda from mumbai on 13th august 2016 & surprisingly it has not been delivered till today i. e. even after gap of 10 days. your guwahati office is unable to give any status regarding the consignment & our person is visiting your guwahati office on daily basis. It is really unfortunate to see that we are struggling like any thing & in absence of non delivery our unit is unable to take production. Hence request you to kindly look into the matter & see how we get our consignment so that we can restart our production. Hope to get some action. Hi . This is the worst customer service.Completely unprofessional and rude behaviour of head office and branch office staff in hyderabad.They ask customer to come and collect the courier. They don't have any responsibility of their job. These people work worse than government organisations.they don't have any feedback process or complaint process.
