On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — not delivering urgent courier from 5 days.

I have given a urgent courier to ondot on[protected] from moradabad to roorkee.
But they are not delivering the courier from 5 days. It was very urgent for me as it was a part of my export shipment.
Now they are contimously ignoring me and my calls. I am fedup of all this #.
Please help me and tell me any way to claim them and teach them a good lesson.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the product to get delivered. Still i have not received the courier. When i call the customer care there is no response. Can some one help me getting it sooner
