On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Not ready to send the parcel to its destination.

My friend from aligarh sent me a parcel on 19/9/2016. Till date i have not received it at my lucknow residence. It contains some very important papers. Now, when i called them they are saying that your area is "no delivery zone." so we cannot deliver it to your area. You have to take it from our office.. What kind of irresponsible behavior is this. You should have told us before. We would have gone to some other courier service which delivers in our area. You people only want money but are reluctant to do your jobs properly. The courier no. Is[protected]. I hope that some responsible person at your service might solve this problem asap.
