On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — package not delivered and is not even showing in online tracking

My package with consignment no. [protected] was
Not delivered and is not even showing in online tracking.

It has been since more than 1 and a half week.

Photo of consignment slip can be found in attached pdf.

I've have been waiting since many days and nobody is recieving calls
Even no one replies at email please reach me as soon as possible.

Please resolve it.

Someone called from ondot services and asked me what was the price of the product which was in the courier and said that they will refund that money but later they started asking about my bank details as well as they want me to link my bank account to their U.P.I and also ask me to forward a message (probably the OTP) which I will receive on my phone I refused that because there is no need of OTP to send someone money.

I request ondot if they have misplaced my parcel please refund my money genuinely.
