On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — parcel not delivered | |||
I ordered a product on Shilpzone.com. The product was to be delivered today as on 21/06/2018. I contacted the customer care, they were really very rude and didn't provide proper information about my order . All said it will be delivered today. But hasen't come till now. The parcel is coming from patiala to gurgaon. The gurgaon office of ondot courier is not receiving the call. I called atleast 20 times, no response. What to do? Was this information helpful? | |||
