On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Parcel not delivered in six days

I booked a parcel with WB NO.[protected] from Malviya nagar Jaipur to Thane on 11th March 2017. The Agent assured me that the parcel will be delivered latest by 14th March 2017. Today 16th March I tracked the location of pacel but I was disappointed bcoz the pacel was lying in Mumbai from 15th March 2017. I contacted Mr. Kamal on Mobile number [protected], but his reply was not satisfactory. After 7 pm he was even not responding to call. KINDLY HELP ME MY PARCLE MAY PLEASE BE DELIVERED EARLIEST.

Why not recover from you
We would lodge complaint in customer cell
Surprises no person has revert back even delay in shipment
