**** PARCEL STUCK WITH ONDOT COURIER FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS **** Sir/Mam, Our devotees had booked a PARCEL ON 31st August 2020 at ONDOT Courier(Prashant Courier) : Vrindavan(Tracking Number: [protected]) which is supposed to reach Nizamabad(Telangana) within 7-10 days. Date of Booking: 31/08/2020 After 25 days, Mr Sharma: Prashant Couriers Vrindavan provides a new Tracking number: [protected] for the same parcel which is absolutely ridiculous. Mr Sharma(Vrindavan): [protected] However Parcel is still stuck and no response from your end. This is not fair and we need explanation and compensation for the lapse from your side.
