On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — pathetic service

I have got a call from the courier service regarding my courier but Despite of telling that i would take my courier from the office of raj plaza complex dehradun these people send my courier back...i have called them on the same no. but they dont buzz they don't even bother atleast to pick up my call...then i searched in net but they provide wrong no in the site. This is the worst infact the pathetic service i have ever came across.
