-- Courier sent from Udaipur, Rajasthan on 3/11/2018
-- Reached their Pune head office on 6/11/2018
-- Online status shows as "Forwarded to Pimpri office on 10/11/2018, In Transit"
-- Promised by head office that it will be delivered on 10/11/2018, but haven't received it yet
-- Called Pimpri contact number multiple times, but no helpful response
-- Called main customer care number as well as Pune customer care number, no one picks up the phone
-- Sent email to customer care id, no response even after 2 days

Haven't head such bad experience with a courier company in my lifetime. PLEASE do not trust and transact with such pathetic service providers.
