On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — poor service and poor behaviour - [protected]

On dot courier door to door service is very poor. I placed a courier on 11/9/18 with tracking no [protected] which reached at varanasi on 14/9/18 @1:11pm but not delivered at door. I tried calling on available numbers but no response at all. Consignee party finally reached at on dot courier office which is around 10km from his location to get the courier. He enquired about the courier at office and when he asked why you not deliver the courier at door when you received the courier on 14/9/18, office staff said him so ruddy that we had no delivery in your location and its your problem to receive the courier from here and when he asked about that why your not picking up the call when i was trying to contact you then the office staff threatened him that it is non of your business, take your courier and get lost from here. This is very unacceptable thing happened at any organisation. Kindly enquire about this and take strict action against that office staff.
