On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — product not delivered

Consignment no. [protected]

This consignment contained a very expensive and important chemical for our manufacturing which has not yet been delivered by the courier services even after 8 days of booking. There is no response from their team in faridabad and no pod has been presented to us. I am sure it has been lost in transit and therefore we wish to claim 10 times the cost of item i. E. Approx 1 lac inr as our production line stopped for 2 days due to the delay.

Previously too we had delivery issues with the company but this time it is unbearable.

I ordered a panjabi kara ...which amritsar kara store despatch to me . kara reached to hisar on 15 may 19 . and there rajesh and co ...has not delivered it to me as of now till now.
