On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — product not received - [protected]

I self-shipped my online order to the respective company through on dot but they probably lost my product as the company didn't receive the product; although the tracking details show that it's delivered.
There isn't a single number online that works. All i am asking them is to provide a proof of delivery if they actually delivered my product. I am highly disappointed with their service.
