On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — product not received

I have sent a courier on 16th may 2019 from panipat to ludhiana..
On 18th may 2019, courier received at ludhiana..
But customer didn't received the courier till now i. E. Till 30th may 2019... Courier office refused and said, they dont have any product. My tracking number is as follows :-
Tracking no. [protected]
Status shows received at ludhiana branch but ludhiana branch is refusing the same. I am attaching the screenshot of tracking. Please look into the matter and solve the issue asap.

I dispatched the parcel on 24th with the tracking number [protected] from Bangalore to Assam.
Have been unable to track it, the other person has not received any notification from the service and the agent who booked the parcel doesn't take calls anymore.
Please suggest it's very urgent and important.
