My address on packet was — munshi ram jiwa ram trading co. New grain market, shop no. 23, mobile no. [protected]. The packet was to deliver in panchkula. Address was saurabh singla, nexjuris, sco-36, sector-3, panchkula. But your service provider in panchkula refuse to deliver the parcel to party by saying that the place is far from his office and force the recipient to collect it from his office. Mobile no. Of panchkula courier office is [protected]. He respond only on 22.01.2019 when your dabwali office asked him for delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provider of your company. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered as soon as possible.
