This was booked on 4.08.16 from Gurgaon, to reach Ghaziabad.
It has been around 8-9 day, that the shipment has not reached destination.
Moreover, the customer care is so unresponsive that no intimation has been given about the status of this particular courier.
A day before it has been told to me that the services have recently been stopped in the area where the parcel had to be delivered.
In that case, I have a pretty straight question,
Are you guys not educated enough to check the service area at the time of booking the parcel.
Yo wasted around 9 days. Some consignments might be urgent to be reached and in such a scenario who is responsible for the inconvinience caused.
Best part, you are not even responsible enough to tell the customer in time that you will not be able to provide service in the mentioned area.
