I booked the above parcel, which contains important matter for the research purpose, on 16/04/19 for iit jodhpur. The ondot booking courier person told me to deliver this parcel within two working days, so i was expecting the delivery on 19/04/2019. But in vain, till today the parcel status is in transit phase. I dont know why? This is not for the first time, i have sent any parcel to iit jodhpur, but yes from on dot it is for the first and last time (If my issue will not be resolved in two working days) besides my multiple attempts to call customer care and toll free, mail twitter, i got no rpely. Therefore i strongly recommend you to look into this matter, and send the sample as soon as possible
