On-dot Couriers — complaint against OnDot courier & Cargo service

Sir, On Oct 16th, 2014 I sent one ON Dot courier from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) To Bangalore(Karnataka) whose docket number is[protected] through on dot courier. It has to be reached destination on or before[protected].Courier reached MADIWALA (KARNATAKA) on Oct 20th, 2014 and afterward status is showing "HOSUR ROAD ( BLR )". I tried to contact the local courier person at Bangalore and he is not responding. All the contact number of HO Delhi, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam they all are not responding and most horrible thing no email is available to contact them. Courier company people are not delivering my courier and from last 13 days. What to do? Please help.Even i went to OnDot Courier & Cargo franchise office in Visakhapatnam(NAD Branch) to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good. Contact numbers i have tried and no one is responding[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]
