On Dot Couriers — letter not delivered | |||
Sender from Kirti Nagar, Delhi send letter thru On DOT Couriers vide receipts no. AWB[protected] dtd.17.1.2015 to Chennai but till this movement at 16:30 dtd.23.01.2015 the letter not delivered to me at Chennai. When asking Chennai branch at Egmore of On Dot Courier confirms that courier reached us on 21.1.2015 but we can't deliver the letter since it is too far. WHEREAS FACT IS THAT THE DELIVERY POINT IS 3 KM FROM egmore office of ON DOT COURIER.When I send my person to collect the letter from ON DOT egmore office at Chennai they don't know where is the letter.
