OnDot Courier — Reg customer care and delivery problem

I had to send a Parcel with important document from Bathinda, Punjab to my father in Karur, TamilNadu. Since it was urgent i sent it through On Dot Couriers and Cargo Ltd. but it has been more than 12days still the parcel is not delivered. I tried to track the shipment, and found that it reached Salem and tried calling the Salem office number but it was wrong number..later i tried Chennai and Delhi number too but no reply. i am really frustrated. Please don't use the On Dot Couriers and cargo ltd for sending any parcel they don't have the service all over India as they were advertising and their customer care response is terrible..
