[Resolved] One Assist — Claim rejected due to faulty one assist team | |||
Hello Recently i raised a request for claim for my damaged iphone 6s but one assist team is not accepting the claim and said that my imei number is not updated wiith them. But as i checked my emails and found that i have given the details with the screen shot with imei on jan 9 which they havent updated yet and now they are giving foolish reason that they dont believe in emails and update the details over calls only. I want to ask when you have asked for the details via email then why would i get them updated through call. Also i want to ask when you have the imei screen shot in your mailbox which itself tells that you have the same in your records then why cant you verify that and proceed. You have even mentioned in your terms and conditions that any notice made from the customer end should be in writing. With this kind of service no corporates will enroll one assist for bulk insurances as being an hr personnel when i am facing this i will not want my fellows to face the same and have to figure out some other good and authentic options Membership Id-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
