I am HDFC card holder.I received a message on 14/2/18 saying that Rs 2499 have been debited from my account for one assist policy.This is unacceptable how can you debit any sort of amount without my permission.I don't even want your protection or plan .This is inappropriate of you to do so without any enquiry or my consent. So please refund my amount as soon as possible.It is a sincere request.
