I Received SMS from KOTAK MAhendra BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1799 .This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission. I also got an SMS from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully. But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that it's been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can cancel my account. But now without my permission, the plan got renewed. I don't even know this and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

How can you do all these without even customer confirmation?

Please deactivate and refund my money within a day.

May I know how do you disable the auto-renewal option of OneAssist membership? I could not find it on the profile page before the expiry date and it automatically charged the renewal fees from my credit now immediately after the expiry without any confirmation request. I feel like it has been forced upon me. Please add an option to discontinue if one wants to do so.

Also I wanted to bring one more fact in front of forum's attention, actually this kind incident happened to me twice. When it occurred last year & later when I received call from OneAssist customer care, I did request them to inform me in case of further renewal, but all in vain as it happened again. Hence request OA team deactivate my account ASAP and initiate the refund process.

Therefore I humbly request consumer forum to kindly look into this matter.

I have lodged a complain to one assist yhat wothout my consent dont renew my membership, last year they they told me they wont renew without my consent, but surprisingly this year too without my consent they renewed my one assist membership, i have a mail where they have clearly stated they wont renew without my consent, but after deducting amount this year i have contacted them but they didnt revert back.
Through your platform i would to like to request one asssist, kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount you have deducted to my card.

Without intimation the amount 1399 on 16 March 2018 as one assist Mfee has been deducted from my account HDFC credit card no XX XXXX 4171, One Assist Fee plan has been upgraded to individual power plan . I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission. I also got an SMS from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully. But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that it's been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can cancel my account. But now without my permission, the plan got renewed. I don't even know this and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

How can you do all these without even customer confirmation?

    Membership Id: [protected] and Relationship No : 906517. I brought an oneassist Mobile device protection plan for my Redmi note 3. And my mobile screen got damaged and I have rasied the claim.The Service Request number 1716072 and i was asked to pay 344 rupees as my claim is accepted on 10 January 2017. On 13 jan 2017 there was a message that my phone is repaired and mobile will be dispatched soon. On 23 Jan i receive a message saying that my mobile is delivered. But I still didnt receive my repaired mobile. So i raised mailed them on 23rd jan. I recieced a message that the complaint is forwarded to the team. Still now on 4 th Feb, I didn't receive a reply. I have contacted them on their customer care number on 23 rd Jan, they replied wait for 48 hour, we will get back to you. I called them on 27 jan and the reply was same, not a single wording has changed. Again I called them on 4 th Feb and asked them to provide thr courier number through which they have sent me product. And the fail to provide and I asked for the banglore hub which received my repaired product and again they refuse give the details. I dont know know what kind of customer care they manage and what kind support they provide to customer. And I totally feel cheated. I would recommend this product to others.

      I had given my phone for repair to One Assist on November 2016. Every time when I call customer support I am hearing same reasons " Documents were submitted by team and Insurance company's approval is pending. Insurance has to be approved in 10 working days and this has been escalated " but still there were no answers from the team, after 2 months the insurance got approved and my phone was submitted to authorized service center as per the representative They gave a deadline of 31st January 2017 and now to 17th February 2017. Whenever, I call up the One Assist customer care, they tell me to just wait for the phone and keep extending deadlines, I had even escalated the issue but the they are not willing to solve the problem.
      Kindly Request you to look into this matter.

          I had given my phone for repair to One Assist on 5th December 2016. They said they have given it to the authorized service center which started repairing the phone on 21st December. They gave a deadline of 18th January 2017 and then further extended it to 30th January 2017 and now to 17th February 2017. They have not even provided with a backup handset as promised while buying the insurance. Whenever, I call up the One Assist customer care, they tell me to just wait for the phone and keep extending deadlines. It's been over two months now and they are telling me to wait for a month more. Kindly request you to look into this matter.

            I have not got back my handset(iphone 6) which i submitted to One Assist on 6th Jan . No updates from One Assist.

            Every time when I call customer support I am hearing same reasons " Documents were submitted by team on Jan 11th and Insurance company's approval is pending. Insurance has to be approved in 10 working days and this has been escalated ".

            Support team has escalated this only after my calls on regular status tracking. No formal procedures followed . Only after customer frustration the escalation starts . May be this could be OneAssist escalation procedure

            Support team is not able to say to whom this was escalated and what was the actions taken on it . Every time they say you would get a call by end of day gathering all required details . So far i have not heard anything from them.

            Writing Mails to HappytoAssist is really waste of time. They are least bothered about customer mails . No replies from them.

            Really worst service is being offered from One Assist .

                    One assist is one of the worst insurance company..I submitted my claim on Nov 8 and it is still waiting for insurance approval. Whenever I call their customer care they said they will escalate and give a ticket number and will tell that it will be solved within 3 working days nothing happens .
                    They will not answer your queries
                    They will not reply to your emails
                    Only answer you will get is that it is escalated .

                    I even once spoke to a Escalation Manager Sohela. she promised issue will be resolved within 3 working days nothing happened.

                    They are yet to provide a compensatory handset as well. They closed my compensatory handset case as unresolved.

                    Dont buy their insurance.. Instead you can opt for some other insurance company

                      My iphon6 is insured with one assist they replaced my handset and after 6nmonth they provide me my replacement letter which is not having my signature in customer signature panel

                      another thing when they sold me the insurance they said its having mutiple claim facility now they are saying they have changed the policy my policy is lapsed since i claimed once were as in my one assist login I see my insurance is valid till June 2017.

                      Please help and kindly take some hard step against this company they made me struggle for my replacement letter .. I have mails and followups as a proof if you want kindly help me on this

                          My phone had got stolen in Sep for which i had insurance with one assist. i logded claim in Oct and claim was finalised in oct end. same was confirmed by the call centre executives. but i am yet to receive the amount due to me from insurance company and the company has been using this money illegally and not giving me my money despite several reminders. I am forced to use this medium despite several calls, emails and reminders. I urged them to also provide interest on the same and urged them to release my money but no avail.

                              My number is [protected] I had given my mobile for claim After 2 months I got my mobile back and the day I received my mobile it was not in working condition.i was unable to charge.i contacted same day to customer care they told me that they will send some one for pick up of mobile .I waited for four days nobody came and again called and asked for it they told wait for three more day's waited but no one came.Now it's more than a month I am calling and asking for pick up of mobile but every time they say sorry and will send some one but no one came .Really a torture and pathetic experience.

I had claimed my insurance almost two weeks ago . Then my claimed was automatically cancelled and i agained requested to reopen it on 20 th Jan .i have called customer care minimum 8-10 times but no response is coming . In future i will never recommend oneassist anyone .But now Take my smartphone and repair it as soon as possible otherwise i will file a legal case against oneassist.

                                  My mobile is given for screen change on 8th of December, while given the phone oneassist team replied it will take minimum 15 to 20 days for repair. on 13th January i received mail and message stating that mobile has been delivered, immediately on 14th Jan i informed in the call center that i had not received any mobile, oneassist team replied that by mistake they had sent the mail and your mobile will be delivered on 20th jan. I also sent mail on 16th Jan but there is no reply for the above mail, again on 21st Jan i called the call center they replied mobile has been delivered on 13th Jan, after long discussion with call center person they told there system is not updated and he forwarded the complaint to higher level team and with in 2 to 3 days the complaint will be resolved, but as of know today 27th jan the call center has unable to locate the mobile and not in position to reply when the mobile will deliver.

                                    I have purchased a Redmi note 3 mobile with MI protect (provided by One assist) As my mobile is having issues, I have raised a claim by calling One assist and submitted all the documents required. I have raised the claim on ~10 Jan 2016. I was told that my mobile would be picked up and an alternate courtesy mobile would also be provided within the next 7-10 working days but I have never received any communication from them. I have made multiple calls to their customer support and was told that the complain was escalated but I did not get any response from them. I have been waiting for a call from them and have been using my damaged mobile for the last 15 days. Would like my issue to be resolved ASAP.

                                    The issue is not yet resolved.. my mobile was picked up 2 months after the claim has been raised and now your team came back to me saying the claim was not approved as I have submitted the claim after 2 days after the incident took place. I replied to your happytoassist mail ID multiple times but I never got a reply from your team. Further, if that is the reason for the claim to be rejected, why did you take 2 months to realize that and why was I not informed that I was late in raising the claim? Your customer care executive have no idea about the policies and insurance terms. I called the customer care multiple times and I receive different answers each time. Also,
                                    I was told that my mobile would be delivered to me as the claim got rejected but I did not hear anything from your team after that. Will my mobile be repaired? Will I get back my mobile? If yes, when will I get it? I am not getting any email responses from your team.. so I chose to post everything in a public forum like this. I hope you understand the frustration of your customers and resolve the case ASAP.

                                        BIGGEST FRAUDS! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had given my handset for screen repair on the 5th of decemeber and was intimated by one assist that I will receive it back in 15 days! however, the due date given to me was 6th jan! its 23rd today and I still havnt got my handset back!! the Mi service center has already msged me on the 6th that the handset is ready for dispatch but oneasist(no assistance at all!) has still not bothered to pick it up and the call center representatives are only beating about the bush!! I would rather go buy a new phone or get things done myself than suggest anybody about such frauds oneasist! thank you for the mental harassment u guys have cost! I have already called u a dozen times and the due date has so conveniently shifted from the 6th to 14th to 20th to 23rd and now 28th! why don't u just keep that phone as a new years gift! pathetic service!
