[Resolved] One Assist — deactivate protection plan | |||||
I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debiit card to one assist plan on 11/04/18. Without my permission. I complaint once on 12th april 2018 on consumer complaint but you didn't give any response yet. I don't want any protection plan so please cancel it as soon as possible. I already complaint through mail or phone call but didn't get any solution till now. Please deactivate and refund my money asap Date of incident : 11/04/2018 Icici debit card no.
