[Resolved] One Assist — Didn't pick up my phone for repair after repeated intimation | |||||
I had purchased mi protect plan from mi.com while buying a mobile phone. My phone got damaged and as per the terms of mi protect plan i was supposed to call one assist for raising a claim against the phone. After 40 days they did not pick up my phone and i really want to sue them. Also they are giving wrong information that phone has been picked up by relay express courier, but actually it has not been.
