I received e-statement from hdfc bank that rs-2080/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 24 april without my permission..Last year i got this service and executive conformed me that they will renew this facility this year only after my approval but they didn't give any call or email and deduct 2080Rs from my credit card. This is clearly a fraud and I will not pay this amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
