One Assist Plan — ducting my 1899 rs without my permission | |||
Cancellation of my one assist plan On 9th jan. I get a message from icici bank shown below Dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 09-jan-19. It will be completed in 1 wkg day. I did not opt this policy and bank deduct the amount from my account without my consent. I want the bank to deactivate this policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
