[Resolved] One Assist — Service delaying | |||||
I purchased the insurance for my mobile from one assist. My phone broke last month and i submitted my phone to company last month.But they didn't delivered my phone till now. they received the phone on 2nd of july 2017. they are still telling me that it will took more time to repair the phone. Got frustated with their service..Even for cancellation they old me to wait for 48 hours..but after calling they are again postponing to EOD ..And this keep repeating again and again

Observed without intimation charged One assist fee Rs.1799/- on 29/6/17 to my credit card ending 3688, request you cancel it & refund my money.
