One Broadband — bad service | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I grab 110 mbps plan through this one broadband provider, they fool me continuously and not giving the plan speed. i just co-operate with the company and its policy but they always argue with my stuffs they not providing speed as per my plan please help us because i am student but i work from home because of my monthly pocket money and they not support the customer with the heavy plans. 1. Service of net is badly affected since last one week, Everyday there is no internet from 0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs. When we make a call to customer care they don't know any thing about the trouble in the field.I don't know for what they r being paid.
2. Mr. Brijesh Singh answers the call some time, but he prefers not to receives the call when a trouble is there.
3. Understand it is a difficult time for a better service for you during Corona pandemic, but at the same time the on line classes of my children is badly affected due to your service and also, the behaviour of your staff is making us furious.
4. The cable of my net is in very bad shape since October 2019 and for this the service was interrupted for 20 days . we r facing very low speed for the Full year .Even Local technician of yr company is helpless as he has not been provided a new cable.
Hope you will understand our difficulties and pain deciding to opt out your service.
