One Broadband — Refund

I am trying to get a refund as the broadband and its services are very bad. And I just recharged it yesterday, and since it was not working I raised a complaint. I was given assurances that it would be resolved within the day just like in the past, but that never happened. Today the technical guy who was supposed to come, switched off his phone at the time he told me he would come. This has happened to me more than a few times in the past. So I decided to stop all this and get a refund. So, I sent a email to [protected]@onebroadband.in as per the customer service centre’s suggestion. But tonight the customer service team replied to me on email saying I was out of reach whereas I never received a call from them.

I am really fed up with these local broadband companies.

Is there a better way to get response and resolution to my problem?
