Internet Not Working since 12 days

I called broadband customer care on[protected] and complained, they said your problem will be solved in 24 hours but when given time the problem was not solved. So from that day onwards I call them continuously every day and register my complaint and their reply every day is that your problem will be solved today but the problem has not been solved till date.

I am trying to get a refund as the broadband and its services are very bad. And I just recharged it yesterday, and since it was not working I raised a complaint. I was given assurances that it would be resolved within the day just like in the past, but that never happened. Today the technical guy who was supposed to come, switched off his phone at the time he told me he would come. This has happened to me more than a few times in the past....

No Internet Services since 3 days

I am a resident of Kandivali Mahavir Nagar. My internet connection isn't working since 1st Aug23.
Despite registering the complain on 1st Aug, there has been no solution yet.
All the telecallers tell me, is that the technician will visit your site.
I even asked to escalate my complain, since its already over 48 hours. The company policy is to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Poor internet connection since a year and redun for pending tenure
Never go for the trap and buy a connection from OneBroadband. I am the user from Charkop sector 1, worst ever experience with One Broadband. I have wasted my money for almost 2 years on pre paid and now I want to close my account and get refund for the same due to poor connection and frequent disconnection issue since a year and no solution. Internet won't even work for 30 min continously and now fed up with complaints and followups with the team with no resolution.

No internet service

the people are rude and ignorant and just dont care. our business is getting affected.

Dont provide 1 month wifi plan
They dont talk properly...dey tell u tlk to dis 1 and dat 1...no1 talks properly den dey will say we dont provide 1 month plan.i[censored] ask dem dey wont even reply to why is it so...dey dnt knw what customer satisfaction is...dey dnt even know how a business works...dey r rude...dey r looting people...dey threaten dat i[censored] want we cant gve only 3 mnths plan...shame on such a company...

The company sales people will tell you that the plans were transferable throughout India and ask you to buy long term plans. When you want to actually shift the plans to a city where they are available, they will tell you all the stories.
I have paid 12800 rs for an 18 months plan.

Always net not working and if told to services care, first their no. Is always busy and then also not work. Always facing these problem after 2'3 days . Very poor service also net is slow day by day

Regarding services and services provider behaviour

I recharge my broadband on 21st July 2021 internet was not working after recharge I call to one broadband customer care and raised complaint they said your problem will be resolve in 24 hours but problem not resolved. after that I call to local service provider but he doesn't respond, not picking my call many more calls and again I raised complaint to one broadband customer care number and again they said your problem will be resolve in 24 hours but problem not resolve after 4th day of recharge I visited one broadband service provider office and tell my all the issues and problems after 1 hour Internet properly working but on 28th July 2021 till 4:00 pm internet not working firstly I visited local service provider office and told my issue They said you convert your connection into Fiber connection otherwise you will face issue again and again I said if I don't opt fiber connection they said you will face issue that means sir they have planned disconnect the customer Internet connection and make pressure on customer opt in Fiber connection its not fare with me not days I work from home due to pandemic and they disconnect my internet connection by back end because after login in my router home page its clearly mentioned Connection to the Internet is off. after all I discuss my problem with customer care but they ignore my issue and said your problem will short out in 24 hours and not taken any action against his local service provider.
I request to you please take strict action against One Broadband and his local service provider and also penalized for mentaly harassment's of customer.

Does'nt answer call

Often there is a connectivity issue, and try to call customer care they don't answer my call after trying so many time if they pick the call, they tell anything like restart your router without listening any problem. if the problem does not resolve they say wait for two hours after that your problem will resolve .

Internet fluctuations

User name : o.pv.briklp Facing constant fluctuations for wifi, I am using plan of 100 Mbps and when I called customer care person on other hand told reason for fluctuation is I have high usage. So I know I have high usage that's why I am paying for 100mbps unlimited plan. Every time I have called they are just restarting server which is not permanent solution I feel.
Answers I am getting from customer care are not solving my problem.
Hope will get issue solved ASAP

Recurring disruption of internet connectivity

We have been facing regular disruption in internet connectivity- several times in the last three weeks.
We are tired and fed up with the constant follow up with customer care and support staff but no concrete resolution is provided.
Today also we do not have internet access...our office work and school badly impacted.
Please look into on an urgent basis.

inaccurate service - doesn't respond to customer issues promptly

Hi,
I had filed complain to them on wednesday, 22nd april 2020, 13.21hrs about the interruption in the internet connection (Ticket id: in[protected]. I was promised to get the resolution asap. Today i. E. Monday, 27th april 2020 12.27hrs, i am yet to receive a resolution.
The worst part of it is, they fail to keep their customers posted about the delay. It becomes the duty of the customer to run after the csr to find updates. Moreover, all that i got to hear "yes sir, it would be done today eod any which ways", "i am escalating this issue on priority basis", "give us a last chance and we will resolve your issue by today eod" any many other fake promises. I feel disgusted and sorry for having to choose such a pathetic service provider.
Now via this forum, i am demanding a refund of my money.
Their service has been deteriorating day by day. If you buy a quarterly plan, please consider a maximum of 70days o[censored]sability of their services, the rest of the day you will only lodge complaints and wait for help.
Please take serious actions against these loots. They don't deserve to be in the industry of internet service providers without knowing the right quality measures.

low speed, youtube buffering and high ping

Horrendous net service by One broad band which took over joister ISP in jan 2019. there customer representatives are ### and as they just take complaints and no action is take at the customers end. They have a regular phrase to address the customer issue as "Sir, I will reset the network (Mac address )from my side. i[censored] face the same issue PLEASE CALL again and we will raise a complaint". ### nothing happens after you raise one.

I grab 110 mbps plan through this one broadband provider, they fool me continuously and not giving the plan speed.
i just co-operate with the company and its policy but they always argue with my stuffs they not providing speed as per my plan please help us because i am student but i work from home because of my monthly pocket money and they not support the customer with the heavy plans....

worst internet service provider

To one broadband,
After i changed my local broadband service to your one broadband that was my worsted decision paid your guy on saturday 17 feb 2018 abhishek tiwari - [protected] in name of planet eshop cable he said sir we will get the installation done on 19 feb 2018 monday
Just after installation your internet service stopped working 9.30 pm then called your executive he fixed the problem and internet started working form 2pm tuesday then again by 10pm internet stoped working i gain called your executive the fixed the problem and internet was resumed at 2pm wednesday this thing contiuned till friday of that week
As form, friday after facing all this i asked for refund as i had paid for one year plan for rs. 4412/- with gst i did inform their customer care executive also for the refund as it was not one day i was able to internet without problem and top of that there was hell of mental harassment and financial loss but the complete reject refunding my amount
The internet service plan which i took for 1 yrs didnt even give proper service even for more than 12 hours in a stretch
New problem was faced by me that is no internet connection as form friday night 12 pm internet had stopped working this problem continued till next 4 to 5 days.
After your internet disconnection issue got fixed now i am facing slow internet download and upload speed
I am paying of 12mbps your company is providing me 1 to 3mbps and this isnt one day problem instead form the time i installed your broadband service i have faced a variety of issue form no internet service to the slow internet this two are service your company has been excellent in providing. From day one with your internet connection i having problem when asked for refund you people refuse and your service also is pathetic leaving google and some well-known site your internet does give speed on top of that you have a download cap in my office mtnl internet i get 4mbps download on surfing speed and this is minimum were as in your 12mbps plan i get hardly 400 to 600kbps when surfing speed 12mbps that to isnt constant even after such a cap.
When i was using old internet service provider with 8 mbps plan i use to get 5mbps download and upload of office work done at zippy speed.
After i bought your 12mbps internet service i am doing all my work and os updates form my office as your internet service is so good that i do know that your internet service will not work and after 20 days o[censored]se i do belive you
