[Resolved] One Mobikwik Systems Private Limited — follow up on complaint id 2461242 | |
It’s been more than a month now, since i reported a fraud to mobikwik’s fraud and alert department. The very same day i got a reply that the amount will get refunded in 7-21 business days (Please see attached email). I have been chasing and asking for updates since a long time now but not getting any replies or updates except auto generated emails. I am even trying daily to talk to their customer care executive but they never pickup the calls. Please hell me with this issue as they are least bothered about my refund. Please do the needful asap. Note: i already raised a complaint against them in your website few weeks back. Later, you even send them an email but i have no updates since then. My complaint id was 2461242. Oct 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved No steps have been taken. I got it that this consumer complaint site is of no use. Just a big waste of time. Twice I had registered the complaint but it never got resolved. Thanks for wasting my time Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
