One Mobikwik Systems Pvt Ltd — mobikwik claimed inr 850 but not added in my wallet on 3 april 2019. | |||||
This is to raise a complaint to you that i tried to add an amount of inr 850 through axis bank credit card (0647) in my mobikwik wallet at 9:04 pm on 3rd april 2019 but i saw an error on transaction in my android phone and that amount not reflected in my wallet. But in the same time i received an sms from my bank where it showed inr 850 spent in mobikwik. I contacted axis bank they informed me that mobikwik claimed inr 850 but it didn't reflect in my mobikwik wallet anytime till now. So please do the needful as earliest to refund my money to my axis bank account otherwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer court.
